I set up the DogVille as an alternative solution to kennels. My own dogs were unable to settle in the usual kennel setting and that is how I came up with the idea of a boutique hotel for dogs.

We will send you photos and updates.

Well behaved dogs
All the dogs we accept must be dog friendly – all new guest dogs will be subject to assessment.

Opened 7 days/week
Dogville Check-In and Check-Out times are usually between 9am-6pm. Pick ups and drop offs outside these hours may be subject to extra charge.

Feeding
Feeding times are usually 7am and 7pm. We will cater for your dog’s dietary needs if they require a different schedule due to medication or another reason.
Extras
At an extra charge we also offer:

5k walk
A 5k walk in Moanbaun Woods while your dog stays at the Dogville. Please note that your dog needs to be good on the lead.

Pick-ups and drop-offs
We offer pick-ups and drops off in Cork City.

New dog assessment
You will leave your dog with us for 3 to 4 hours and we will observe their behaviour and level of socialisation and decide if your furry friend is suitable for our setting.

Wash and blow dry
We highly recommend adding wash and blow dry for your dog after long stay with us; most of our furry guests indulge in the use of our big garden and can get fairly dirty.
What to bring

Food
Due to increasing occurrence of food allergies we don’t provide food to reduce the risk of an adverse reaction whilst your dog is staying with us, therefore please remember to bring enough food for your dog’s stay.

Crate
If your dog is crate trained you can bring your dog’s crate for them. It often helps in maintaining their sleeping habits,

Bed
We always have dog beds around, but if you prefer we’ll use your dog’s blanket and bed to make them extra comfortable.

Sleep aids
If your Dog is used to sleeping with a favourite toy or blanket, please pack as this will help your dog settle and enjoy their stay.

No toys
Please be sparing with toys. There will be several dogs in the Dogville at anytime and they may decide to hide or break any toys you bring.

No leashes
The dogs can walk freely around the premises. We have some of our own leashes, so no other are necessary. Do keep the collar on them.

No bowls
We provide our own bowls for feeding the dogs. They often got mixed up on pickup. So it works out easier with our own bowls.
